Ensure Your Eligibility for Annual Review Season

We’re thrilled to introduce Kat Orozco, a valued member of our People Ops team based in the Inland Empire office. In her latest video, Kat offers an important reminder that annual review season is just around the corner!

To stay on track and ensure you’re eligible for the upcoming hourly increases, Kat encourages everyone to double-check that all compliance requirements (training and credentials) are up to date by October 30, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to your local office for assistance.

For more information on the three-tier system, watch Kat’s video below and see how your hard work could lead to a well-deserved increase! Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Tier 0 Increase: $0.00
    (Caregiver is inactive, or worked fewer than 80 hours in the past four months—June through September—or credentials are not updated, or annual review score is below 40)
  • Tier 1 Increase: $0.20 hourly increase
    (Caregiver is active, worked at least 80 hours in the last four months, credentials are updated, and annual review score is ≥ 40)
  • Tier 2 Increase: $0.35 hourly increase
    (Caregiver is active, worked at least 80 hours in the last four months, credentials are updated, annual review score is ≥ 50, and tenure is ≥ 3 years)
