From my first inquiry, Arosa NC Triangle, has been most responsive, professional, and reliable. My family’s situation was a sudden one, and thankfully I called the right agency. Our top notch care manager supported us through selecting a senior living community, arranging for home care (finding the perfect match (nurses’ aide/companion to our loved one), assisting with filing a claim on a longterm care policy…I can go on and on. Admin support/scheduling is pro-active as well as responsive. I can’t imagine navigating our situation without Arosa in the picture!
