Recipe Corner: One-Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup rice (long grain or jasmine)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
