Caregiver Appreciation Month 2025

Each week of March will focus on one of our four core pillars—Attract, Train, Retain, and Treasure. We’ve designed each initiative with YOU in mind, ensuring there are opportunities to grow, connect, and be rewarded for the incredible work you do.

Week 1: Attract – Helping Our Arosa Family Grow

We believe the best Caregivers know other amazing Caregivers! That’s why we’re relaunching our Caregiver Referral Bonus Program with a fun twist—“Turn This Fake $100 into a Real One.”

Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll receive a special “Funny Money” $100 bill as part of Caregiver Appreciation Month.
  • Refer a qualified candidate to join Arosa.
  • Once they’re hired and meet the eligibility requirements, you’ll receive a real $100 bonus!
