Homespire and Arosa, both leading providers of In-Home Care and Care Management services, entered into a definitive agreement to transfer operations, staff and outreach efforts to better meet the In-Home Care needs of residents in Salt Lake City.

Arosa currently serves thousands of clients across nine states, with thousands of additional family and community members utilizing a wide range of healthcare, education and counseling services. Homespire Health will take on the Arosa name and support structure in June of 2023.

Arosa improves seniors' quality of life by enabling them to comfortably age in place with the security and support of a qualified and professional interdisciplinary care team.
