Arosa Care Managers work closely with you throughout the care journey to ensure care is delivered in a manner that supports your loved one’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Sometimes help with daily activities isn’t enough. Arosa Care Managers have deep experience navigating the systems and challenges our clients and families face. When hands-on support is needed, our care management team can help coordinate trusted in-home caregiving services. They’re on call to support you, 24/7.
Advocating for our clients can take many forms. But the goal is always the same: to make sure your loved one gets the care and support they need to live safely at home.
When your loved one is unable to make or communicate safe decisions about their healthcare, Arosa Care Managers can support them and the family in an official, court-appointed role. We have experience serving in a multitude of capacities, including Guardian of Person, Limited Guardian, Temporary Guardian, and Lifecare Manager.
If your Care Manager is called to act as your loved one’s HCPOA, they may:

For families supporting a loved one with memory loss, this planning can work alongside dementia care support to help create safer, more consistent care at home.
An Arosa Care Manager may be named as the Agent or Successor Agent (in the event the Agent can’t fulfill their role when needed) of the HCPOA. As an Agent or Successor Agent, your Care Manager will insure they’re always ready to act by:
If you don’t feel that ongoing Care Management is necessary, but have specific questions that a Care Manager could answer, one of our packages could provide the support you’re looking for.
