Shelli Chavet is the Director of Talent Development at Arosa,  where she and her team focus on Attracting, Training, Retaining and Treasuring our Care Professionals.

Before joining Arosa, Shelli lived in Paris, France, and worked in Human Resources in Corporate Training.  Shelli is most proud of playing an integral part in expanding Foreign Language Training Operations from Paris and surrounding areas to all regions of France, including distance learning throughout Europe and North and South America.

She has traveled to most European countries, has been as north as Sweeden, as high as the Alps, as East as the entrance of Asia Minor, to the exotic Seychelles Islands off the coast of Tanzania, to the rich Arabic countries of North Africa.Shelli currently resides in Los Angeles and holds a BA in Communication specializing in Human Resources.
