Jennifer Axelson is the Director of Client Services at Arosa. She is a licensed clinical social worker, certified case manager, certified life care planner, and certified medical cost projection specialist who has been a care manager for over 12 years. As a practicing care manager and clinical supervisor, Jennifer has taken part in or overseen hundreds of assessments and the implementation of their resulting plans of care. Such plans have included care measures specifically related to the dynamics of aging, functional limitations, personal care services, aging in place, advanced directives and maintaining autonomy and independence throughout the entire life cycle, chronic pain management, mental health issues, and chronic and catastrophic medical complexities. 

When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys watching football, playing sports, and watching historical documentaries.
