The Operations group includes Area Directors, Care Specialists, and other roles that support the day-to-day of providing senior care.

Care Specialists – Our Care Specialists support our mission to attract, train, and retain the best care professionals. As a Care Specialist, you will focus on retaining our in-home care professionals via tailored matching with clients, consistent outreach to build strong relationships, and regular collection of feedback to increase and maintain high job satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to recruit, hire, and onboard new care professionals.

Area Directors – Our Area Directors manage the day-to-day operations of their offices. As an Area Director, you will focus on:

1) achieving operational and service excellence

2) increasing revenue via localized sales and marketing efforts, building community partnerships

3) overseeing a distributed team of multidisciplinary professionals. Our most successful leaders tend to come from the in-home care, staffing, retail, hospitality, and other service-based industries.
