Michelle Ichiho is the Director of People Operations at Arosa. She has over nine years of experience within the home care industry and has dedicated her career to making a positive impact in the lives of those she touches. Michelle is deeply committed to raising leaders through professional development, training, and mentorship.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California State University Long Beach. She is the mother to two amazing children, Jackson and Skylar. Michelle enjoys jigsaw puzzles, reading and exploring new parks with her children.
