Rob joins us with over 25 years of progressive accounting experience, with 16 of those at the Controller level or higher. He has worked in virtually every role in finance and accounting departments, with experience in both manufacturing and service-related businesses. Prior to joining Arosa, Rob spent the previous 12 years working in Finance and Operations with a private equity backed intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) care provider.

Rob earned his BA degree from North Carolina State University, and currently resides in rural NC with his wife, two daughters, three Australian Shepherds, and four cats. His hobbies include gardening, cooking, and using spreadsheets to over plan everything.
