On June 1st, 2023, Homespire merged with Arosa

Homespire and Arosa, both leading providers of In-Home Caregiving and Care Management services, announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to transfer operations, staff and outreach efforts to better meet the In-Home Care needs of residents in Salt Lake City. Homespire Health and Arosa have signed an agreement effective June 1st, 2023. Salt Lake City, often shortened to Salt Lake, and colloquially called SLC, is the capital and most populous city of Utah, United States.

A transition team is leading the acquisition and integration work, to ensure continuity for clients and team mates. The leadership for both organizations will be actively involved in these efforts. A team of approximately 40 experienced caregivers and care managers will be welcomed into the Arosa fold, where they will be able to continue contributing their expertise in physical and mental therapy, nursing, gerontology, and social work.
