Since we were originally founded as LivHome over 20 years ago, our care professionals have supported San Jose area families through the aging journey with care management and caregiving services.
Your family will receive comprehensive caregiving and care management to ensure a seamless home care experience. Our care professionals have experience and training in social work, gerontology and/or mental health. We serve communities in the San Jose area including Santa Clara, San Mateo, Palo Alto, and Silicon Valley.
