As we enter World Gratitude Month this September, we are thrilled to devote the entire month to celebrating and expressing our heartfelt appreciation for our exceptional Care Professionals. This includes our caregivers and office teammates dedicated to ensuring we provide outstanding care to our clients. Like in the past, this year, we are extending our gratitude beyond just a single day, aligning each week with our mission to ATTRACT, TRAIN, RETAIN, and TREASURE our Care Professionals.

Throughout this month, we will spotlight the essential role our Care Professionals play in enriching the lives of those they serve. The month kicks off with WEEK ATTRACT and we will focus on attracting exceptional talent and recognizing the dedication of those who bring their passion to our mission.  Look for our social media campaign on FaceBook.  Follow your local  teams page to be entered into a raffle and possibly win fun prizes.  See more detail in our article “Caregiver Facebook Click Contest”.   And don’t forget, if  you refer friends or family to become an Arosa Caregiver, you can earn $100 as soon as they work 16 hours and $0.25 for every hour they work up to 2 years.  See the flyer in this newsletter for full details.  

During WEEK TRAIN, we’ll showcase the ongoing commitment to developing skills and supporting growth.  In Service training will be provided in each Arosa offices. Your local team will provide more details.   During WEEK RETAIN, our Care Heroes Team will reach out to all Caregivers who have not yet registered to earn Care Coins and redeem them for giftcards and paid time off.  See our flyer on Care Heroes in this newsletter.  Finally, we’ll conclude the month with WEEK TREASURE, where you local team will invite you to a GRATITUDE event to  honor your commitment and hard work.
