Nation’s Largest Care Management Provider Comes to The Biggest Little City in the World
About Arosa Reno
We didn’t become the nation’s largest integrated provider of care management and home care services overnight. In fact, our roots were planted more than 20 years ago in California and North Carolina. In 2018 we began expanding inland from the east and west coasts through a series of acquisitions. Since then we’ve established preeminent caregiving and care management services across 8 states. We’re extremely excited to announce the opening of our 29th office in our 9th state in Reno, Nevada!
At 4,400 feet above sea level, Arosa Reno becomes our highest location, truly taking our company to new heights. With over 300 sunny days and less than 8 inches of precipitation a year, it’s no wonder why so many of the more than 425,000 Reno-Sparks Metro Area residents make their forever home in Reno. As the population continues to grow, Arosa remains ready to assist those transitioning to retirement and beyond with any care needs you may have along the way.
Arosa Reno serves communities across Cold Springs, Hidden Valley, Lockwood, McCarran, Mogul, Patrick, Spanish Springs, Sparks, Sun Valley, VC Highlands, and Verdi. Our team of certified nursing assistants and social workers will be honored to partner with you and your family.
A Home Care Pulse Trusted Provider, experience elevated care with Arosa.

Experts on Aging
Arosa’s integrated model ‘elevates care’ through the formation of teams, which consist of care professionals (caregivers, care consultants, care managers, and care specialists), who work together to craft and implement tailored care plans for clients and their families. Many of these teams have served the local communities for years (if not decades) and offer invaluable knowledge to clients and families throughout life’s aging journey.
In addition to its dedicated caregiving workforce, Arosa employs over 70 care managers across the country. These certified professionals are experienced in a variety of fields that focus on issues related to aging and/or disability; many of whom are credentialed in gerontology, social work, mental health, nursing, physical therapy, and psychology.
