Arosa Boston is the premier home care company in the Greater Boston area offering integrated care management and home care. Originally founded as Beacon InHome in 2011, our Boston location has over a decade of experience serving clients with elevated care services.
After understanding goals for yourself and your loved ones, we devise a plan to fit your needs and preferences. We approach each client and family with a holistic approach, considering the physical, emotional, mental, and lifestyle needs of each person involved. You won’t find a team with higher credentials or deeper compassion for the elderly than ours. Our clinical expertise includes specialized support for those with Alzheimer’s disease or other neurological disorders; complex medical conditions including Parkinson’s disease; psychiatric conditions including mood and anxiety disorders; and a need for hospice support services.
Arosa Boston serves communities across Arlington, Belmont, Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Lexington, Medford, Newton, Waltham, Watertown and Winchester. The Boston team includes registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and social workers.

Experts on Aging
Arosa’s integrated model ‘elevates care’ through the formation of teams, which consist of care professionals (caregivers, care consultants, care managers, and care specialists), who work together to craft and implement tailored care plans for clients and their families. Many of these teams have served the local communities for years (if not decades) and offer invaluable knowledge to clients and families throughout life’s aging journey.
In addition to its dedicated caregiving workforce, Arosa employs over 70 care managers across the country. These certified professionals are experienced in a variety of fields that focus on issues related to aging and/or disability; many of whom are credentialed in gerontology, social work, mental health, nursing, physical therapy, and psychology.
