HCP’s Best of Home awards are separated into several separate and distinct categories that include “Provider of Choice,” “Employer of Choice,” and “Provider and Employer of Choice.”

Arosa was founded more than 20 years ago with the founding of LivHOME in California and Nurse Care of North Carolina in the late 1990’s. Home Care Pulse (HCP) is an independent satisfaction research firm that conducts client and caregiver surveys monthly. Each year, HCP selects its Best of Home Care Award winners based on certain criteria that includes a minimum of six consecutive months of surveys, an overall satisfaction score, and a minimum of 12 client and 12 caregiver surveys.
