Alice Corso, Chief Financial Officer at Arosa

Arosa Appoints Alice Corso as Chief Financial Officer

Experienced finance leader joins Arosa to support the company’s continued growth and mission of delivering exceptional care.

DURHAM, NC. — Arosa, a leading provider of integrated care management and in-home care services, has appointed Alice Corso as Chief Financial Officer. Corso brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, strategy, and operations across organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies.
Corso joins Arosa during a period of significant growth as the company continues to expand its reach and serve more clients and families across the country.

“Alice joins Arosa at a time of significant growth. We are living our mission by serving more clients than ever before and employing our highest number of remarkable care professionals,” said Ari Medoff, CEO of Arosa. “She brings a unique combination of operational and financial experience across numerous service industries, along with an understanding of how to connect a distributed workforce and identify opportunities for growth. Most importantly, Alice believes deeply in Arosa’s mission and core values, and we are fortunate to have her on our leadership team.”

For Corso, Arosa’s mission and culture were central to her decision to join the organization.

“First and foremost, I was drawn to Arosa’s mission and values,” said Corso. “I’m proud to be part of an organization that provides such an important service to seniors and their families while placing a genuine emphasis on doing the right thing and treating its own people well. I also saw an opportunity where my experience aligned with what Arosa needs at this stage of its growth and where I could make a meaningful contribution to our people and, ultimately, the clients and families we serve.”

Throughout her career, Corso has focused on building scalable finance functions, optimizing cash and working capital, and using data to support better business decisions. Prior to joining Arosa, she served as CFO of multi-site businesses across several industries, including Bierman Autism, a multi-state provider of autism services. She began her career in consulting before moving into finance leadership roles and earned a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Princeton University.

As Arosa continues to grow, Corso sees an opportunity to build the infrastructure needed to scale while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that has helped drive the organization forward.

“As we grow, we need to preserve the nimbleness and entrepreneurial mindset that allow people to move quickly and stay close to the business,” Corso said. “At the same time, growth requires greater discipline around processes, systems, reporting, and accountability. The goal isn’t to add complexity for its own sake; it’s to build an infrastructure that makes it easier for our teams to do their jobs well and allows Arosa to grow without losing what makes the organization special.”

Corso also views the finance function as an important partner in Arosa’s broader mission, connecting decisions made behind the scenes with the care delivered in communities every day.

“Finance may happen behind the scenes, but the work my team and I do ultimately supports Arosa’s ability to provide exceptional care to clients and families,” Corso said. “Whether we’re allocating resources, improving a process, helping a local team understand its business, or making decisions about where to invest, there’s a direct connection between doing that work well and enabling our caregivers and care professionals to do what they do best.”

Corso is based in Nashville, where she lives with her family and two cats. A longtime singer, she performed with a cappella and choral groups in college and now sings with a choir in Nashville.
