Jonna Hernandez

Jonna’s professional experience is in sales, mentoring, and strategic market development. Her education includes an Executive Master of Health Administration from University of Southern California, a M.A. in Counseling from Azusa Pacific University, and a B.A. in Human Communication Studies from California State University, Fullerton.

Jonna started in the healthcare industry in 2011 as an Admissions and Marketing Director for a skilled nursing facility and has rounded her career in the home health and home care space, working with notable, national companies. She has extensive sales experience in post-acute services including skilled nursing facilities, home health, and non-medical home care, bringing a supportive and relatable coaching style to sales teams. She has managed high performing sales teams since 2015 on local and regional levels, and currently supports Arosa’s national sales management and strategic partnerships with business development integration. She is passionate about being an expert in healthcare trends, with a direct focus to enhance her team’s knowledge and be a resource outside of the non-medical space. She embodies the significance that high touch care offerings serve all populations and is dedicated to applying her learnings from USC toward that vision.

Jonna loves admiring the ocean, cooking homemade Italian dinners on Sundays, nerf gun wars with her son, Daxon, and dance parties with her daughter, Darynn.
